Are you in an office where you find that all of a sudden there’s a lot of pressure to do dentistry that maybe you don’t feel comfortable about? Do you find that you are in a dental office where there are all of a sudden a lot of cavities being discovered? There are a lot of things like this that can happen, particularly in managed care offices where reimbursement rates for dentists are insufficient frequently to cover overhead, so dentists are constantly looking for alternative sources of revenue. You really need to watch out for that.
