Root canal therapy extraction gingivectomy crown lengthening and a temporary bridge was made

Before and after photos on one visit smile makeover for dental anxiety performed in our Smile Makeover office.

A very phobic 53 year old female attorney came to The Center for Special Dentistry for help.  The following visit we performed root canal therapy on tooth #11, extracted tooth #10, performed a gingivectomy on tooth #’s 5, 8, 9 and 11 for initial crown lengthening and a ten tooth lab processed upper temporary bridge was made. The patient did not have pain during the three hour visit or thereafter.  She returned the following month to plan comprehensive care without fear.
