A 59 year old female arrived at The Center for Special Dentistry saying she was “disgusted” with her teeth.  The patient was well educated and otherwise healthy, but suffered from dental phobia.  She had not been seen by a dentist in over 10 years due to fear.  Before and after photos on oral rehabilitation for dental fear patient in one visit performed in our Dental Anxiety Dental Fear office.

The top group of four photographs show the patient as she presented to our office.  Note the calculus (hardened plaque build-up) on the inside of the lower teeth.  That is calcified bacteria!  The bottom group of four photographs show the patient ONE day later!

The patient was extremely happy with the result.  She was relaxed and without pain during the entire procedure (and thereafter).  All of the work shown was accomplished in ONE VISIT.  More dentistry is still needed.
