March 22, 2012 4:01 pmA sulcular incision is shown extending into the retromolar pad to initially expose the tooth. Overlying bone is then removed using a high speed handpiece. The Oral Surgeon will then section the tooth and elevate it, in several sections, out of the tooth socket.
