Dr. Leonard Linkow: Cinemaradiographic Photography of Chewing in Dental Implant Patients

A video showing moving x-rays that were used to aid assessment of the efficiency of chewing, swallowing and digestion in a variety of dental implant patients. The x-rays were taken using a cinafluore radioscopic x-ray unit, a unit normally used to evaluate the passage of fluid and food through the digestive tract. The radiographs allow the viewer to see the mobility or rigidity of a variety of implant cases. The video is narrated by Dr. Leonard I. Linkow.

Dr. Jeffrey Dorfman, Director of The Center for Special Dentistry, practiced implant dentistry with Dr. Linkow in New York in the late 1980′s.
